As a realtor and a homeowner I deal with contractors of all kinds very often. It's rare to find one who is super professional, communicative, kind, and knowledgeable wrapped into one! Andy is an incredibly knowledgeable & honest person. Starting having well issues and he was out right away to help us through it. Ended up staying until 7pm on a Friday night to make things look pretty. A++++ . I will recommend him and his company to everyone I know.
I called Blazek Pump & Well for a problem with air in my water lines. After troubleshooting the problem myself, and not being able to solve it, I called Blazek Pump. Andy Blazek came out and listened to what I had already done to troubleshoot the problem and then suggested it was likely a bad check valve in the well pump. He pulled the well pump and found that the check valve in the pump was stuck. He repaired the check valve and installed a secondary check just above the pump in case it happened again. We were completely out of water. Of course, our pump failed right between the Christmas / New Year Holiday. Our pitless was also stuck and corroded. A simple pump change turned into a major excavation job. Andy made room in his schedule to help us (had to set up excavation) the first business day after the new year. His team showed up on time. They were very professional. The price was also very reasonable for the work performed. I would recommend Blazek well and pump and Andy any time. Thanks!
