I had a horrible experience. I took my 1954 Chevy pickup in for installation of a choke cable, not the choke, just the cable. Should have taken no more than an hour. The nightmare started at 8:30 AM, and at 10:00 AM they had the drill bit delivered that was needed to penetrate the firewall and dash board. This comical exercise lasted until after 4:00 PM, during which they "discovered" a faulty and leaking thermostat gasket to be replaced.
