One of the best doctors I have ever known. Sometimes his office runs a little behind schedule, but towards the end of every appt he asks ‘how are you doing’ any pains, injuries or concerns. I was almost in tears in frustration trying to get my new insurance verified. The woman at the front desk refused to verify my insurance without me present, then could not verify my insurance when I was there. She could only tell me that it was probably covered but did not know how to verify. Very upset that I have to find a new doctor now.
His front desk staff and their arrogance in the face of customers is astounding and lost him at least one patient
