Blaze Pizza started as the best pizza location near Seigen Lane but quickly became one of the worst because of a complete lack of quality control. The initial employees did a fantastic job but the hires that followed barely understand what a pizza is. Expect some days to be great if the good ones are working, and then others to be awful with burnt pizzas, sauce spread to the edges with none in the middle, and no maintenance of ingredient freshness. I went to blaze pizza in Baton Rouge on Saturday 12/14/24 around 1pm the store looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since the location was opened. The staff was very friendly but the store was very dirty the drink machine had some type on substance just hanging from the ice part of machine and under the lemonade machine there was old drink that turned into slime. The pizza was amazing! I ordered the signature BBQ with Cinnamon Bread. I would only recommend changing the crust to the thicker crust! All and all it was an amazing visit from the staff members to the cleanliness of the facility.
The service was okay. The pizza they served was still cold in the middle. There were no straws And every table in there was dirty. It shouldn’t be like that at 2.30 in the afternoon. It’s a shame that I had to put out my hard earned money and get such a lousy meal. People need to get real.
