Just okay for me. The concept is cool because you buy a pizza and then put any toppings you want on it.
I loved their pizza it was awesome but there was a problem with the pop machine the coke I bought was mostly water but they fixed it and got a free replacement
Horrible service from start ro finish. The employees mumble and are confused for the entire process. They take so long to make a pizza that our two pizzas ended up out of the oven multiple minutes apart. The pizzas themselves aren't even up to the standard you'd get at any other Blaze location; they do a terrible job making them with horrible ratios of ingredients. Abysmal.
I understand having to wait because of alot of orders but I stood there waiting while the girl moved as slow as humanly possible. Her and the young guy next to her looked truly mad and dispressed to be there. Why not go home ? Had to leave after standing there for 30 minutes .
The pizza used be good, the sauce was flavorful and the crust cooked up crispy. But alas, no more. The overall quality of the food has diminished in the past few years. Sauce is bland and the crust got doughier instead of thin and crisp. My guess, they gone to cheaper ingredients, change of process or lack of well trained employees to execute the recipes. Either way this was a winner a few years back for a good NY Style pizza here in the Midwest. But alas, no more.
