Frankly, I’m not surprised this place is closed. What I am surprised is that the franchise is even still operating. If you like overpriced microwave pizza and this is the place for you. For anyone saying that the pizza here is delicious?!? they have absolutely no idea what Utica and New York pizza is like. They’ve never ventured out of their houses to find out what it is. Just went to Blaze to get our daughter and friend Pizza after the jump place. They were really looking forward to making their own pizza and eat it. It's 8:38pm and hit us with the "we're closed, come back tomorrow." They are supposed to be open TILL 9!! Done who's the manager, but they are slipping. That's not how you operate. Stay open, or change the closing time. Spreading the word. This place sucks now!
Went there for the first time, and was helped by staff member marques. He was extremely helpful, very friendly, and really wanted to make sure our visit was perfect. My family will be returning because of how positive this staff member helped make the experience.
Great, Great, Service, and The Pizza is Excellent. Love this Place! Lester, took Great care of my complaint today. I moved 35 minutes away and stopped in on Commercial Dr. was looking forward to “ My Favorite Pizza, The Pizza Place to have, for dinner that night.”” Unfortunately, when I got home both Pizzas were really burnt.
