Very disappointed at their lack of respecting their customers time. Avoid ordering online as you’ll wait 30 minutes longer than they state. Passive aggressive employees avoid answering questions on a simple progress update
I have tried their pizza many times. I keep going back to them. Their pizza is really good. They have only one halal chicken options. I like their pesto sauce. The service was super fast although it was a closing time.
UPDATE: AS YOU CAN SEE, THEY REPLIED BELOW ASKING ME TO REACH OUT, AND I DID ....AND THEY IGNORED ME. THE BELOW RESPONSE WAS JUST TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY CARED TO THE PEOPLE READING REVIEWS, BUT THEY ACTUALLY DIDN'T FOLLOW UP AND DO NOT CARE. People make mistakes, but damn bro you could've just said we need to remake it, can you wait a few minutes. The fact you thought it was ok to put this in the box and send me out the door knowing it was absolutely burnt to a crisp is just disappointing, gotta be honest.
