I’ve always loved coming to this place for pizza—the food is great, and the staff has usually been so friendly that they even recognize me when I walk in. That’s why today’s experience was such a disappointment. I came around 5:00 PM to pick up my order, and only two staff were working—a girl and a boy, and the boy at the order counter handed my items off without a word, just leaving them on the shelf.
