If you purchase a gas insert stove and it breaks down under warranty, the store does not cover the labor costs, only the parts. I live in Santa Fe and if I need a repair, this business contracts with an outside repair business in Albuquerque, and the customer is also charged for the travel time. In my case, the repairman never showed up to check the stove. Luckily, I figured out the problem myself.
Clint and other installers were great! Really professional and helpful with the first fire.
The install was smooth and the instructions on the operation of the new stove were thorough. All in all we are very happy.
