Jesse and Clint went to install our new Blaze king wood stove yesterday and they were both very professional. They were both very knowledgeable about the wood stove and let us know what they were doing every step of the way.

If you purchase a gas insert stove and it breaks down under warranty, the store does not cover the labor costs, only the parts. I live in Santa Fe and if I need a repair, this business contracts with an outside repair business in Albuquerque, and the customer is also charged for the travel time. In my case, the repairman never showed up to check the stove. Luckily, I figured out the problem myself.
