I bought a similar blaze grill and vent hood. The grill regulator was faulty and the grill burned way too hot. After I paid a plumber to install an additional, unnecessary gas regulator & gauge, they replaced the regulator. Didn’t send any other new grill parts even though I requested this. The high heat burned up the motors on the vent hood. Blaze did not honor the warranty. Now I have to replace the vent hood. Painful and disappointing.

I had an issue with the grill burners after having a professional grill cleaning company clean my grill. Hope F., in customer service was amazing! She coordinated the issue with burner replacements in 2 days! Exceptional company with exceptional products!

Blaze products are good. Purchased $10k for outdoor kitchen in 2017. Refrigerator, 44” grill, etc etc. only problem is service. After 7 yrs, certain parts failing and Blaze has a ZERO dealer network. So homeowner forced to make gas grill repairs, etc. IMHO they should partner with local retailers, but whatever. Buy buy buy local, best in long run maintenance-wise.
