Blaze products are good. Purchased $10k for outdoor kitchen in 2017. Refrigerator, 44” grill, etc etc. only problem is service. After 7 yrs, certain parts failing and Blaze has a ZERO dealer network. So homeowner forced to make gas grill repairs, etc. IMHO they should partner with local retailers, but whatever. Buy buy buy local, best in long run maintenance-wise.

I can not say my experience with bbq guys is 5 stars. I had an issue with the original delivery which got straightened out. I also received a damage insert which they eventualy replaced. As far as my Blaze grill I am totally unhappy. The rubber grips on the handles wore out in less than a year. The grill also is designed where it collects juices and etc which quickly ignite and burns the food. I've always kept my grill clean but you need to basically take the inside apart regularly to help ( not eliminate) this problem. When... read more
