We bought our fireplace there and it works fine. However, four years later, I needed to get my remote looked at since it no longer was controlling the fireplace or turning it on. I spent $355 for a maintenance visit. After cleaning the front glass, I was told the remote HAD TO BE REPLACED. Total cost would be another $600. Helpful and nice staff.
I don’t know how this place stays in business. They put so many obstacles in the way of making a purchase, and one hand doesn’t seem to know what the other hand is doing. After months of frustration and terrible customer service trying to complete a big purchase we took our business to a competitor and my only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.
Great experience coming in to replace a broken remote. John-Paul helped me find the best price/option, showed me how to sync up my new remote on my own, and also walked me through cleaning my fireplace screen and glass. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Made my day!
I showed up with out a appointment and all my questions were answered. Showroom has a great selection of fireplaces.
