Zero communication. Appalling unprofessional photography! They take indoor photos on a phone camera!! Yet charges thousands of dollars to list with virtually no marketing. They refused to present our property for sale on line and despite numerous requests to get with the times and list it on Domain and realestate.com they closed our audience of buyers down to their own few contacts. If you have time list your property online before trusting these people and giving them any commission
I have had many years of dealings with Cathy from Blayney Real Estate. She has always been professional, caring and always willing to help others when needed. I can not recommend her and Blayney Real Estate enough.
This agent should be avoided at all costs....for property management Writes leases to wrong addresses. Puts Tennant's in and 10 years later..they never had a single rent increase. Put simply... incompetent.
