Went into Blaustein the other day trying to get a copy of an old mail box key. I'd been told I might not be able to get a copy. Instead of telling me no, Dymitry took the time to contact a locksmith and gave me all the info. I was able to get the keys same day AND they all worked. Besides this, the store is very well stocked and organized. And again, customer service above and beyond.

I had a rather unusual household problem that required a creative solution, & happened to be near Blaustein Paint & Hardware (after having failed to have the problem resolved at Home Depot), so decided to stop in. What I was most impressed by was that the sales associate, who greeted me immediately upon entry, really listened to & attempted to solve the problem.
