Grabbed a beer. It was OK. Went to the restroom and came back to no more beer and no change. Didn’t have any food.
I so want to give 5 stars because the place is so cool and relaxing in addition to the drinks being excellent. However, the service is absolutely horrible. 2 servers on a busy Saturday - probably needed 4. And you have to go up to the bar to order and there's no room to do so. Waited once for 10 minutes to be served and left. Went back later because we really wanted to hang there and waited at least 10 minutes again to be served. As cool as the place is it would be hard for me to go back.
Great old timey bar. It was very quiet and the kitchen was closed, but the bartender gave us a great recommendation for where to eat. Cache back for a drink and glad we did. Great drinks and great service. And maybe the most comfortable bar stools ever. Barrel aged Manhattan is a winner, Cosmo was super tasty, and had a small taste Rye that had a nice bite. Will be back for more.
