My husband and I had an appointment to get my vehicle appraised at this location over the weekend. During the work week, the salesman that was assigned to me kept reminding me with text messages about my appointment and then called to confirm on top of all the text reminders. Worst experience I've ever had in the history of me buying cars. They tried to charge me extra for some add on accident avoidance and theft recovery equipment and they tell you it is not optional. Update - I was told they were mandatory and asked to not have them added to the car. 2023 Alfa Romeo.
