If I could give zero stars I would. It's taking more than 3 hours to change four tires and do an alignment. They just got done changing the last tire and our appointment was at 8:30 AM this morning and it is now 11:45. Horrible and ridiculous.

We purchased a 2025 Malibu LT2 from Blasius Auto Group with Austin Callaway as our salesman. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and had great communication skills. He sat with us in the car and reviewed the options, navigation and My Chevrolet app. This car was a bit hard to locate and I felt he bent over backwards to make it happen. We feel this dealership is exceptionally organized. This is our second car purchased from them and we are very happy with the experience.
I bought a car in November 2023 and four months later, in April 2024, the vehicle I purchased is still faulty. I’ve brought it in for repairs about 8 times, and I spent over 16 hours waiting in their wait room. I’ve been passed from manager to manager and forgotten about. I’ve requested a refund because at the moment of sale, electrical issues with the vehicle were not address or fixed properly, the tires lose pressure quickly, and one tire has a hole in it they have yet to fix.
