Must not be a very good insurance office since they don't even have a voicemail that I've been able to reach the three or four times I have tried to call them so far (I work 7:30am to 4pm and don't usually take a lunch, so haven't caught them during open hours). They keep sending letters to my dead mother attempting to collect a premium for home owner's insurance for a time period AFTER the house was sold by the estate and the estate was closed by the courts... four months ago.
