We stayed at Blas for a wedding for 2 nights. We found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The weather was on the rough side on the wedding day, but one of lovely young chaps leant us a brolly as we only had a small one, which had unfortunately broke due to high winds. We would 100% recommend both the lovely rooms and delicious breakfast, which was accompanied by some of best coffee I've ever drank. Thank you again.
We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend as we were attending a wedding in the village. We were welcomed by a friendly Jason and shown our room which was small but clean, nicely furnished and well presented. Jason then gave us some information about local places to visit which was very useful. Breakfasts were included and these were absolutely delicious - cooked to order with locally sourced ingredients. Best brunch in town! Sit outside the front and watch the town go by with a great coffee, cake, and breakfast. Blas is a must if you’re in Newport!
Excellent location, warm welcome and lovely rooms/breakfast. Martina and Jason run a fantastic place - this is a must stay in Newport. We hope to come again.
