Rude, and arrogant customer service. Damaged my garage delivering a tank. Called manager numerous times, never returned call. Service rep that answers phone is rude and snotty. Update, same rude lady answers phone, same lousy customer service. Despite numerous calls asking them to not make propane delivery unless called, they continue to fill tank. Been with out gas for over a week. Delivery showed up and denied me because my drive wasn’t plowed (which was plowed the week prior). Got my drive way plowed the same day (Jan15) and STILL HAVE NOT GOT GAS.. MY HOUSE IS COLD AND MY KIDS ARE FREEZING! Blarney and castle is hands down THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.. 100% would not recommend blarney and castle.
I will no longer try to pump gas at your location, the pumps will not accept any of my debit or credit cards, and I have tried multiple times for the past 3 months! It's sad that a big corporation like yours can't fix this problem! I could see if it was a temporary situation...but months? Ridiculous! You just lost a good customer! And the employees shouldn't have to deal with the multiple complaints when they can't fix it.
Terrible experience with this business. Billing issues, overcharges followed by drawn out refunds, missing invoices and receipts, and rude customer service to top it all off. Use anyone but them if you can.
