Rude, and arrogant customer service. Damaged my garage delivering a tank. Called manager numerous times, never returned call. Service rep that answers phone is rude and snotty.

I stopped to one of your gas stations tonight,as I do ALOT! Dave's place,I heard the lady say "Jesus christ" as I walked towards her.i was the only one in there, was VERRY rude about my lottery purchase.i don't need that I can go elsewhere! If she's treating me that way,then I know she's treating others like that!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My wife & I were told by the very rude lady at the front desk who answers the phone that the propane guys were at our house to fill our tank and because we didn’t hear them knock on the door they decided to leave and not fill our propane. Have been dealing with this company for a year, will never recommend. The lady on the phone is very rude and always has been. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!! After being told I had to be home, they took until 3 pm to get to my house and then didn’t even come inside. They then left my propane tank off and never relit the pilots in my home which left me without hot water and heat for the 6th day in a row. They didn’t care though!
