Ummm whoever manages this place needs to wake UP! Signed up for a “tour” and found no one, so I resorted to self guided tour. First of all, the space is Dirty I mean it’s so dirty. The bathroom smells, the hallway had chairs and clothes out like someone who has been sleeping there. Very stuffy, dark vibes, with no sense of feeling safe at all. As a woman, I also didn’t like that they didn’t have any access, so technically any homeless person could walk up. I thought about signing up for a membership but I’ll stay away…
So happy I found Blank Spaces. There aren't great coworking / private office options on the westside (especially at a reasonable price), so Blank Spaces was a lifesaver. Great office spaces, amenities, and staff - they are super responsive, willing to answer any Qs or work with you, and have 100x the customer service mindset vs. WeWork, Spaces, and other extremely corporate, stuffy alternatives.
