I love this venue and overall it was super great. I had my wedding reception yesterday and everything went almost perfect. The venue it self was gorgeous and my family decorated it perfectly to the style of the venue. However there was a couple of problems. 1st we weren’t told that if locks are locked on the inside that you aren’t able to use the PIN number to get back in and that it has to to manually unlock. 2nd my family I had tried calling the number that is listed and that was given to us, I called about 20times and lef... read more
Venue was nice. However, some things can be improved. There was no access to ladder for decorating. There was next to nothing for cleaning supplies in case of mess/spill during event. Also, getting in touch with owner during an emergency was near impossible. We were accidently locked out of the venue by the Smart Lock while trying to set up for a wedding reception. Not the owner's fault for the locking out part but getting in contact with them should not have taken 45 minutes.
So happy and greatful to have been able to celebrate our daughter's 1st bday here everything was perfect !! Kylie is so sweet and helpful venue is super cute can't wait to plan our next event here .
