Ordered 2 days ago, paid for express delivery to get it in 1-2 days…. It hasn’t even shipped yet? Called yesterday and asked if I was going to get my order today they said there was a strong chance. I asked about paying for delivery in 1-2 days and they said “I’m sorry you misunderstood, it’s delivered in 1-2 days after we process it so it could be 4 days depending on how busy they are!” Don’t order from here- Wordans customer service and others are much better.
BUYER BEWARE. They just throw your shirts/sweaters in a box. They were wrinkly, disorderly and unsellable. Plus the shirts were bad quality and the sweater had a button in a very random spot that it doesn't belong Buyer beware. Unless you want wrinkly shirts lol
Horrible experience! Do not buy from this company! I order 5 sweatshirts. 4 medium and 1 small. One medium shirt fit correctly and the other 3 medium shirts came in smaller than the small I had order! I sent them pictures for proof within the proper amount of time as per their return policy and even sent them additional pictures they requested for proof the shirts weren’t washed. Had an issue with an order I placed, weren’t willing to help me in anyway to correct the issue. Very disappointed as I have only ordered from them and this is the first issue. They’ve now lost my business and I will make sure to spread the word about the lack of customer service. Had they even offered me a discount or a credit towards my next order, would have been fine but the options were zero, nothing.
