This company built the pool—it was already here when I bought the home. The quality and workmanship is definitely substandard. The waterfall was leaking hundreds of gallons and we ended up having to pay Will Gordon Masonry, which gets 5 stars from me, to rebuild the waterfall for about $3k. Do yourself a favor and call Northwest Pools first—you won’t be disappointed. Actually, call anyone except Blankenship.

10 months to build a 14x8 plunge pool . We had to pay for the pool equipment directly and Northwest pool plasters to come out and plaster the pool just to finish the pool . It was a nightmare , and the craftsmanship was substandard . This was not the first pool we have had built .
This was our first time building a pool so we knew we needed an experienced team to accomplish our dream. We contacted multiple reputible builders, some showed no interest while others couldn't see what we wanted. Bob and Kathy were quick to realize our vision and even improve upon it!
