I decided to go with Blankenship Garage Doors after reading positive reviews, and I'm really glad I did! Since purchasing my home in 2019, I've had ongoing issues with my garage door, and I suspected that a dent on the outside was the cause. After confirming that the door was compromised, we went ahead and ordered a new one with all the latest features. Just two weeks later, I now have a solid, fully functioning garage door! I'm thrilled with the quick and efficient installation process. You can't go wrong with this company!
This company is extremely unethical and deceptive. I’ve had nothing but trouble with the opener they installed and was informed there was a warranty issue based the serial number of my unit. I had managed to get it working but scheduled the warranty call because they told me my unit was likely defective. The technician inspected the unit and verified I didn’t need the warranty parts. Since Covid, we've all experienced the decline in great customer service and exceptional professionalism. (But not at Blankenship that has been "Johnny on the spot" on more than one occasion for me!) Had a very SERIOUS garage door problem at 8PM last Wednesday and called to leave a message.
