Great experience! The tech, Quincy, arrived right on time and was polite, friendly and very efficient. Getting the appointment was easy as well - they were able to come out to my house within two days. I highly recommend Blankenship and will definitely use them the next time I need service.
Absolutely wonderful company. I've been a contractor for 45 years and dealt with a lot of companies. I had a couple issues with the garage door that I was installing that was ordered through them. They were so friendly and accommodating. I was shocked. I would 100% go with Blankenship Door for all your Garage Door needs. All my future orders will go through them. Willoe, in customer service, was polite, clear, concise and very friendly. She handled my business efficently and effectively. They installed my garage doors when the home was built, did a very nice job, and I feel comfortable in referring my neighbors to them.
I think all of technicians at Blankenship should know first aid. When ever I call for an appointment they get to my house faster than 911. Maybe they could do both and save the taxpayers some money. Like, I need to be defibrilated and my garage door is a bit out of wack. This company is refreshingly well run.
I had a hinge on my garage door break which pulled one of the rollers off the track. I called several companies and two never returned my call and one said they weren't taking work that was non-warranty work. Blankenship answered right away and got me scheduled quickly. Their service technician was very helpful, explained the issue, did a check of all of the working parts, and was in and out in under an hour. They charge very fair prices and I highly recommend them.
