Their return/cancellation policy is ridiculous. I placed an order realising it was the incorrect product, sent an email to cancel it within 5 minutes and placed a new order with the correct item. Apparently, because the original order was already packed and shipping labels were created, it can't be cancelled even though it hasn't physically been shipped from their warehouse. But I was able to cancel the second order if I wished which is absurd considering that's what I needed. Make this make sense.

Practically impossible to cancel order after being placed in the name of efficiency. There is nothing efficient about receiving a wrong order. Terrible business model and will definitely never buy from them again.
Came across these folks on tiktok. Probably never buying branded clothing again. I got so many good quality polos, hoodies, tshirts for under a $100 whereas if it had a brand on it the price would easily go over $250. Also customer service… Amazing! For some reason my postal code had an issue and I was immediately approached by their team. Within 30 minutes of my order being placed too! This shows me that the company does not waste time.
