This review mostly for the service. I came in on August 4th, Monday morning. To the girl with the dark curly hair, if you aren’t happy with your job then don’t work there. I asked for “a bit” of cream and you gave me an attitude. Never should have tipped you. You definitely don’t deserve that!! As for the coffee and matcha, nothing special!! Go to Starbucks instead. This place sucks!!

my experience yesterday around 2pm was the worst yet. I will preface by saying I have only been a long time fan of Blank Street based on their many locations in nyc, where I have always had a lovely experience. I was excited while visiting the area to see a location upstate and had to try. from the second i walked in i was met with dirty looks and I ignored it. I love Blank Street and It really is annoying because whenever I come to this location they always close so early! I’ve come on multiple occasions where they said they were closed 30 minutes before it actually closed. It really is unfortunate, I’ll just stick to the locations in the city
