I was so happy that Labueana could take me for 4 braids so fast. When she finished i was thrilled. Later that evening the braids were coming loose all across the back. I messaged Labueana and she told me to take a comb and gel and comb it down myself to fix it. After 1 day?? Unsatisfied I contacted the owner who offered me a refund after some preamble about how she's not responsible for the independent contractors in her salon. Mallory always takes such good care of me and my hair. She goes above and beyond to make sure my hair is healthy and beautiful. I can't always make it to the salon as often as I'd like to but Mallory takes this into consideration and makes sure I can stretch my visits. She is kind and talented!
Starr did a fantastic job on my extensions and hair cut amd receiveda lot of compliments. Would definitely recommend!
Love this salon so much!! Got a haircut by Kalie and it was perfect. I also get my lashes done by Brynn! Amazing salon! 10/10
