Ran into some tire trouble at 7 PM on a Saturday night. Luckily, the owner just happened to be at the shop dropping some stuff off and offered to patch up the tire for me. I was back on the road in 30 min and made it to my destination with enough daylight to set up my trailer. Thanks for the top-notch and friendly service !!
I attended this tire shop today to ask for a quote on new winter tires. Prior to that, I asked if someone could come out and take a look at my current tires to let me know if I even needed new ones! I assume it was the owner who didn't even hesitate and came out to my car to have a look. He told me I had at least 1 winter left and didn't need new tires yet.
