I LOVE Dr Graves! If you are looking for someone to baby you, he is not your guy. He is honest, to the point and can be a bit blunt about things. When it comes to my health, that is important to me. I know a lot of doctors try to be your friend, but a friend will tell you what you want to hear. Wants to push pills or "come to crossfit with em" Instead of discussing realistic choices for patients. Doesnt listen at all to you, just ignores you and talks about crossfit. very condescending.
I have been going to Dr. Graves for about 10 years. He is always kind and considerate and answers all of my questions. He does not beat around the bush and will tell it like it is and I really appreciate that quality in a doctor.
Spoke to Dr graves and told him I was feeling down and gave detail on how down I am all the time, prescribed me anti depressant and I told him I couldn’t swallow pills due to my throat closing and I end up vomiting, then told me to learn to swallow a pill, ended up wasting 5 pills cause the doctor doesn’t listen to its patients, when they weighed me when I first got there they said I weight 290 pounds didnt have me take my jacket or shoes off instead assumed I was 290 pounds and put it on their chart, got home and measured m... read more
