This was my second visit since Sky & Co took ownership. I had to have my wedding rings cut off due to an insect bite. Ephraim had to really work to cut through my wedding band, but he didn't charge me a dime. He was very careful and solicitous of my poor, inflamed finger. He has a customer for life. Once my finger heals I plan to take my rings back and have them resized and reconnected.
Great customer service. They were super friendly and helpful. Small town service with a smile.
Horrible. Terrible. Awful. Incompetent. If you do business here, supervise them closely and carefully lest you get robbed. October 2024 I brought four citizen Eco Drive watches in for various repairs. I work two jobs, one of them is a 90 hour eight day week, the other week is 45 hours. I was told somebody would call me with an estimate. Nobody called, & I forgot until last week (August 2025). Amazing customer service and prompt. Diamond fell out of wife's necklace, and they replaced with a new one in less than a week and it looks better than new! Staff at this store go above and beyond. I will never go to another jewelry store from now on!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
