My first time here but my mother had used them for years! Great experience getting mom's jewelry repaired.
Even as Taylor grows, this is what small town service and hospitality is. What a nice guy I, he didn't charge me to remove what he considered a super easy 5 minute watch band link removal. On top of that another person came in with something to do with a watch just a band or something and same thing didn't charge him anything since it was easy. Great great people, glad there are those type still around.
I brought in a necklace that I bought in Belgium to get the clasp fixed, it had broken. They had it fixed within 24 hours, cleaned it and told me to keep my paperwork because it has a warranty on the work they did. The gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and helped us look at other jewelry as well. I definitely recommend this jewelry store and will shop here for my next piece of jewelry!!
My wife’s wedding ring had a loose center stone. They were able to complete the repair in just a few minutes, and cleaned and polished the ring, all free of charge. Great service, great experience, would highly recommend!
The staff here is awesome! The prices are amazing! Ive had a few watches fixed here and every time they have been so helpful and polite. The master jeweler is really talented and the lady who runs the counter is not only gorgeous but a pleasure to converse with. I definitely recommend using this location.
