I needed someone to come out quickly for a drywall project, before the painting arrives next week. Kai was super-responsive, reasonably-priced, and was able to work with my scheduling needs. Once on-site, he was thorough, attentive, and spent time explaining what he was doing, and what we needed to relay to the painters. The finished job looks great! Will definitely keep Kai in mind for our next project.
I needed immediate help with a door that would not close properly and could not be locked. I found Blands Handy Home Services by a Google search and contacted them on a Saturday afternoon. Kai responded immediately but said he was fully booked for several days. When I explained my situation he found a way to fit me in on Monday! Kai worked very efficiently and resolved the problem in about an hour. He is very professional and kind. I have found my new Handyman!!
I highly recommend this handyman service for projects small and large. Although they are very busy, Kai & his dad were quick to respond to my inquiries and provide an estimate to re-do an old pergola that needed a lot of work. He and his dad are very pleasant, respectful, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with which helped me feel comfortable hiring them for the job. Kai replaced the broken door including the rotten posts for my house. He did it quickly, he cleaned up after the repair, and charged a fair price. He is professional and friendly I highly recommend him!
