The man they sent out to give us an estimate was more interested in our home than what we needed done. My wife gave him specific instructions but he took no notes. We agreed on the price and they sent two very young men out. They we asked to repair 2 boots in the floor where the registers go and some stuff under the house. After they left I inspected their work and it was inadequate. The registers still did not fit. Bland sent the young man out the next day and he fixed it but I wonder what else under the house isn't right. ... read more
This will be my second time using Bland's but they're my dad's go to! He called the night before (after hours) and they sent out a crew first thing in the morning (to Savannah!). Not only did they identify and fix the problem in like 30 minutes? They were able to explain it efficiently, then checked all my vents and topped off my fluid needed. Just great, professional guys, Jackson and Adam. Excellent company!
We were very pleased with the service provided. As soon as we called he came quickly and he checked everything till the problem was resolved. I highly recommend his services he's knowledgable and he explained every step of the process very clearly so we could understand the issue!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Bland's Air and Electrical. First their response time is outstanding. I called and received a call back the same day. They work with your schedule and responded to an emergency situation without hesitation. They adjusted the install date three times without any push back or additional fees. The unit was installed and is working perfectly. I'm definitely making Bland's Air and Electrical may go to heating and cooling company.
Wesley and his crew did an awesome job replacing my old 20-year system. They installed a new Oxbox by Trane 3.5 ton heat pump with a Vortex Air cleaner, all at a very fair price and with no hidden fees, the installation was clean and professional. The new system works great, cools the house evenly and the air feels much cleaner now. Wesley was honest, responsive, and made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend this Company for anyone needing quality HVAC work. 5 starts!!!
