The man they sent out to give us an estimate was more interested in our home than what we needed done. My wife gave him specific instructions but he took no notes. We agreed on the price and they sent two very young men out. They we asked to repair 2 boots in the floor where the registers go and some stuff under the house. After they left I inspected their work and it was inadequate. The registers still did not fit. Bland sent the young man out the next day and he fixed it but I wonder what else under the house isn't right.
I needed a mini-split installed in January. I called the other guys first. I called them at least 10 times in 2 weeks, each time, they took my name and number and they still have not called me back. A friend recommended Bland's. I called them and by that very afternoon, they were at my house looking at my installation job. They quoted the price quickly and the units were installed in a few days. Everyone at Bland’s air and electrical is so nice and professional! Especially Westley, Jackson, and Mr. Stuart! They all took such great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend them!
