Blanding is AMAZING! I'd been having issues with my lights flickering ever since NYSEG replaced my meter with a smart meter. After NYSEG said the issue was a bad neutral and it was my responsibility I called Blanding for an estimate. Their service manager came out and quoted me $1500 but said that NYSEG should have done this repair as part of the meter installation. You quoted a price for installing a ring floodlight on side of house at around $260 not sure the exact quote but definitely not $364.50 which is the bill you sent me. And the installer said he had installed Ring cameras before. Well after installing and they left camera hasn’t worked a button has to be pushed on the light to work properly. So I can’t get up there because of age and lack of good balance so now I have a ring camera not working properly, and a bill from you for $393.66.
