Our snowmobiles did not performance well. They all overheated within an half hour of leaving. 2 died completely. We had to quit riding and asked for a partial refund. We had to spend over a half hour on the phone with James being interrogated about how we rode. All we wanted was a partial refund and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful.
