I live on Fairway Vista Drive in the 12 Oaks community of Holly Springs. Bland has been a total nightmare. They did no pre-emergent and we have weeds everywhere. They have done nothing to mitigate the weed issue. They have been sending one guy with a giant mower and a weed whacker. The mower won’t access most of the backyards so they don’t get mowed, just hit the side spots with a weed whacker.
