AVOID THIS COMPANY. They were contracted to maintain the landscaping in the Falconbridge neighborhood in Chapel Hill, resulting in the neighborhood deteriorating to the worst condition in the neighborhood's 40+ years of existence. Despite being paid approximately $100K, they failed to even sow grass seed. What was once a green, pristine neighborhood is now covered in hundreds of bare spots of dirt where grass once stood. No response after 3 emails sent to the provided email address. Terrible service, no response with weeds, missing cuts, grass is high <2-days after cut and again, no responses to issues that are on-going. The work they are doing (or not doing) for our community is literally embarrassing. If your HOA is negotiating with this company, block it from moving forward. Consistently skips my yard. Will not show up for 3 weeks. Sometimes will mow the front yard and not mow the back yard. I’ll call their main office to complain but the workers continue to make the same mistakes. Do not use. I do not recommend

Bland's work consistently ranges from "poor" to "atrocious" throughout our new community, despite feedback from multiple residents. Basic stuff: Cut the grass evenly. Wield the edger with care. Do not weedwack plant pots. 0/10 stars, would not recommend.
