I have used Blanco Security for a number years now and have always had excellent service from Alex. He offers lots of options at very reasonable prices and is available quickly I call with questions or need something added or changed. I’ve recommended Blanco Security to friends who are also very happy.
We have their monitoring system and service in Calgary. Luckily we’ve had only false alarms happen and it was reassuring that if a real concern happened thar we know their call centre reaches out in minutes! Our neighbours started using them after they saw their sign on our property. Never had a problem with their service calls. Their service techs are polite, courteous, and always on time. They reach out ahead of time if they ever need to be onsite.
We have used Blanco Security for over 5 years now at our business, and they have been really great to deal with. Their service is so prompt and professional that 3 of us now also use Blanco for our home security systems. Plus it feels good supporting a local Calgary business.
Alex paid attention to all the little details. He had to update from a previous company we used. Totally recommend him over any large company and we have used several. He explained thoroughly how to work the system and of course the importance of a security system. He lives locally so I know I'm able to contact him should I have any concerns or questions.
