I read these reviews and have a hard time understanding these people's experiences ..I've been going to this place for years seeing Dr Tom's. I have never had these type of problems ..it goes to show you can't always make everyone happy...And I approve this message...
The office staff is incredibly rude!! Never made it into the see the Doctor because DiDi the office manager was so rude Doctors suppose to help people not make them feel bad and be rude for not following “our office protocol” poor service, poor communication poor attitudes Didi the office manager is running your business sad fact for the blanco community

Awful, rude staff member “Didi”. I can’t believe this clinic is still open after people dealing with how rude she was. I’d rather drive two hours to see a clinic than to go local. Dr. Weaver needs to know how incredibly rude this lady was. Zero stars
My husband and I use this clinic for our physicals, little emergencies etc They are a small, old fashioned clinic nothing fancy, but old fashion country care from office staff to doctors. Awesome place! Not sure why all the bad reviews. 🤷♀️ PA Julie Wisdom is professional and genuinely caring .
