Blanco Construction does not get Home Owner Assn. approval on the work he does. He is very unprofessional and just tells the Assn. that he will be finished before anyone can stop him. He is very slow and his workers donot seem to have any direction or supervision. His workers are very rude and donot have any consideration for the neighibors.
