What a great company. The customer service is above reproach. Anytime I had concerns or question they were addressed immediately.
We purchased a Blanco Culina 1.8 kitchen faucet in 2014. Love everything about the faucet design except recent deterioration to the finish. We contacted Blanco with photos and part numbers for the parts. They immediately followed up on our email and they are shipping the parts under warranty. Candace replied promptly and efficiently.
