I absolutely love the kitchen faucets that I have from blanko! What makes it even better is that 8 years after purchasing it when I had a cosmetic issue with the sprayer and a small leak they replaced everything for free and it was a no-hassle process. They really do care for the customer and stand by their products! I highly recommend them!
I have been a 20+ years owner of several Blanco sinks and faucets. I just received my second replacement cartridge for a faucet, delivered for free as a token of goodwill & customer service. I'm impressed and pleased with this outcome - as does my now happier wife. Thanks, Blanco, for reciprocating our customer loyalty.
Never buy a faucet from this company. When it fails they will offer you a new one of a different style or color. Horrible experience. It would be nice if they would answer an email about their offer - but that’s it’s. You can replace your chrome faucet with gold or black - have a nice day.
This has been the most wonderful surprise I've ever experienced in working with any company! I contacted Blanco to report a crack in a sink that is 19 years old. With a few simple photos and online forms, the cracked sink was replace free of charge. When that sink did not fit, I contacted the company again. We discovered that, because of the year my original sink was manufactured, they no longer make that model in a size that would fit the design of my granite countertops.
