Blanchflower Construction recently replaced the roof on our 2-story colonial. Rob's quote was competitive with quality materials. The work included replacing and updating the flashings, ice and water shields, deck armor, and ridge vent. He is very professional with good communication skills and follow-through. His crew is experienced and efficient providing quality work from draping to clean-up (magnets on lawn to locate any metal debris). Excellent job completed in one day. Highly recommended.
I’ve known Rob for many years. He is as honest and Hardworking as they come! Rob and his team did a great job on some rot repair and gutters. Very responsive, communicates well, and has fair and honest pricing.
Hard to find a contractor who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and shows up on time. They made extending out my back deck a 100% positive experience. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future.
