I've always have excellent experiences in the ER. Obviously, it's an ER and there may be a longer wait, but typically I am in and out in less than 4hrs. I always receive great care when I go or take a child.
Worst ER
We were pcsing from WA state to GA when my son broke his wrist in Missouri. We drove 5 hours to get him to a base to see an on post doctor because tricare said it would be best. They treated us horrible!! Acted like we didn't belong there because we weren't stationed there. Xray tech almost ripped his arm out of the socket, my 16 yo 6'5 son was crying from the way his arm was yanked around. Xrayed his wrist through his makeshift splint. Doctor didn't even come in to talk to us just sent in someone with discharge paperwork an... read more
