Good but the check-in situation could be so much simpler. Sadly, it's not. Just to time consuming for a water park, but I understand.
Nice pool complex! Great guards and staff, and I love that they have early AM lap pool hours!
Wish they never remodeled it but it's still very fun! Pricing is a bit steep per person
The person at the front entrance did not have any customer service skills. The pool had us sit out 20 minutes after arriving. After an hour and a half we were still sitting out. When I asked about getting a refund, she just said no, no apology, no deferring to upper management. Just no. Quite rude. Someone else did refer me to upper management. However, this should be a basic skill taught to employees.
