Seems like lot rent keeps going up $20 a year and nothing being done to improve the park! Roads, driveways, dangerous trees that hang over trailers that the electric company said is their responsibility! Electric can be shut off to just the park in order for them to take care of this they are aware of the dangers! I’m just waiting on being killed by a huge limb, or having to fight them in civil court when my trailer is demolished. My family has been in this trailer for 30 years and there known this for years!
