We used Blanche's last year with no problems. This year, not so as they have had our taxex for 1 month today (Apr 15th) and we still have not been contacted since. Have stopped by twice and they said they'd be working on them. I have sent no less than 2 emails to their site and they have not had the courtesy to reply. VERY unprofessional!

Highly recommend this service for anybody looking to do their taxes. Very punctual, accurate and the communication is great! Very helpful with anything you would need, would recommend to anybody needing their taxes done! I would rate it 20 out of 5 stars!
