Impressive customer service. Calls were returned timely. The guy who answered the call and Mrs. Gina were willing to hep and anwered my questions. Also, Impecable packaking. The box had a label "Handle with caution /Fragile"; wich is a touch of extra care by the Toque Blanch. My Le creuset traveled from California to Atlanta, and it arrived in perfect condition. I am already looking for another smaller pot to buy. I'm a happy customer. Thank you!
At the tail end corner of this Toque Blanche store, there’s flavor infused balsamic vinegars from Olivelle.
I loved seeing that the packaging for delivery was ultra eco friendly. I normally hate packing peanuts because of the plastic waste. But their packaging peanuts are biodegradable! Super happy about that & love my Arrke tea kettle.
