I had the most pleasant experience at Blanche Bridal. All of the staff welcomed me with so much love and respect, I truly wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I had 2 appointments and found my dream wedding dress so seamlessly. I was reassured that I could make changes and customisations to my gown, it was all perfect; from my initial consultation to my final fitting! Emily, Emelie, Iris and the lovely seamstress are all so lovely and brought my vision to life. If you’re considering going with Blanche, this is your sign to do it!
Unfortunately choosing Blanche was the worst decision I made during my wedding process. Ordered a dress on 1 Aug 25. Contract and invoice said the dress would arrive approx. 45-60 days before my wedding. I didn't have any outbound communication from Blanche (as per contract stating I would receive an estimate once available). I had to follow up with them multiple times. It arrived 23 days before my wedding. They have noted geopolitical issues for this delay is out of their control. The delay was not explained and I have not ... read more
Emelie was so warm and welcoming, she was great going above and beyond finding my dream dress for me whilst i had such a tight deadline. Thank you again Emelie and Helen, you ladies are gems. The service at Blanche is second to none.

I bought my dress and had it shipped all the way from Australia to Ecuador. I didn't have the opportunity to try it on or see the quality in person before it arrived, but when I received it, I was truly impressed. It is simply beautiful. On my wedding day, I received so many compliments about how beautiful the dress was and how lovely I looked wearing it. It was the best purchase I could have made for one of the most unforgettable days of my life.
