Oh another Blanchard valley system which likes to send you through loops and get the dirty money.
Very professional and top-notch
Don't go to Katie Fultz for care. She doesn't answer questions and when you know what your talking about she shuts down and refuses to talk and ends the appointment. She lies on office notes to. I never declined any treatment but put in paperwork I did. She needs to learn better social and communication behavior.
