Prompt scheduling, good communication, and fair pricing. David was thorough and worked hard to find the source of our problem. Also, he did a great job cleaning up and took the time to explain the work done. Will be using them again in the future.
David from Blanchards was exceptional. His professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency were truly impressive. He showed great care and concern for my elderly mother, which I deeply appreciate. Blanchards was incredibly responsive. We called late in the afternoon, and David was at our home first thing the next morning to repair the dishwasher. I needed a new water heater. Found them online. From the time I called to the time the job was finished it maybe took a total of 4 hours. I couldn't believe it. Same day! They even took payment over the phone as I was at work while my wife was there. All professional from start to finish. Great job. Looks better than when I first moved in to my home.
