Have never had to chase $150~ as much as I have with Blanchard CAT. Ordered some tools online for store pickup, go to pickup after ready ETA, one is available, one on B/O. Asked for refund on the tool(s) that were on B/O. Employee had me wait about 10 minutes while he called around and figured out how to do that? He promised a call back same day confirming refund.. no contact back. I have now called 5 separate times to get info.
